REFUND REQUEST

Complete the form below in its entirety so we can determine your refund eligibility. Ticket(s) which were part of a promotion, contest, giveaway, comp, sponsorship or otherwise unpaid WILL NOT eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be submitted by WEDNESDAY, JULY 24 , 2019 at 8:00 PM EST and will be processed in the order in which they are received. No refund requests will be accepted via email, phone, social media or any other means. If you already inquired via any other methods about a refund on or before JULY 10, 2019, you must complete the form below. Only submit your refund request ONCE. NOTE: Refund eligibility will be determined on a per ticket basis.

  • If you select yes to this question you are not eligible to receive a refund.
  • Enter the first and last name of the ticket purchaser submitting for a refund claim.
  • Enter your complete mailing address.
  • Enter the email address you used to purchase your ticket(s).
  • Enter a good, working phone number where we can contact you if we need additional information. If you do not provide a good working phone this could delay or result in denying your refund claim.
  • Enter date you purchased your ticket(s) for Peckfest 2019.

  • Enter the 9-digit code located under the QR Code located on your ticket. It is a combination of letters and numbers (ex. CPRHSW35Q). If you have more than one ticket please enter all codes you are seeking a refund for separated by a comma (ex. CRPHSW35Q, C7BGM6WRL, and C8QKNY5Z6).
  • Enter first name and last name separated by a comma if listing more than one name.
