PARTICIPATION POLICIES BOOTH SPACE: All set up items (tents, chairs, tables, etc.) are the responsibility of the vendor. A 12×12 booth space will be given– if you need additional space you will have to purchase another booth vendor booth fee (see below)
HOURS: Vendors will be notified with a specific time prior to the festival for setup. All vehicles must be unloaded, moved, and booths ready for serving by 10:00 am, Friday, July 5, 2019. However, we encourage you to set up the night before if possible. Vendors must check in before setting up; you will receive your booth location upon check-in. If extra time is needed for booth set up, let us know and arrangements may be able to be made. Two wristbands for admission will be included with the vendor fee.
SECURITY: Vendors are responsible for their own booth. Peckfest is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items. Although we provided security to the event itself.
USE OF IMAGES: By participating in Peckfest, vendors consent that their images may be used for Peckfest publicity including social media.
